Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or similar role.
• Experience coordinating technicians, contractors, vendors, installers, or service providers.
• Strong scheduling, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and vendors.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for field technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare technicians and clients for upcoming onsite visits.
• Coordinate vendors including cabling, internet/telecom, security, access control, and other service providers.
• Track installations, equipment, timelines, and outstanding items through completion.
• Communicate project updates and scheduling changes with clients.
• Arrange technician travel and logistics when needed.
• Maintain project/vendor documentation and assist with quotes.
• Identify scheduling or readiness issues before they impact a project.
