Job summary

Knz-Solutions-Inc is seeking a seasoned Program / Project Manager for onsite work in Bethesda, MD. You will lead end-to-end technology programs across federal, commercial, and SLED environments, coordinating customers, technical teams, vendors, and KNZ leadership to deliver on schedule and within scope.

You will own planning, execution, risk management, and communications, translating complex technical activity into clear plans, and escalating issues to ensure timely resolution and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with federal or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of IT projects and programs.
• Develop schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary customer-facing contact for status, priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Translate technical work into actionable project plans and manage change.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in complex environments.
