KNZ Solutions, Inc is seeking a full-time Program / Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across federal government, commercial, and SLED environments from Bethesda, MD. You will own projects end-to-end, translating technical work into clear plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives, and ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and security requirements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• Experience in federal government or highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing complex multi-discipline technology projects.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of IT projects and programs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, stakeholders, vendors.
• Serve as primary customer-facing point for status, priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, and executive reviews.
• Track contractual requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Manage scope and coordinate changes through change processes.
• Monitor performance against schedules and budgets.
• Prepare status reports and executive communications.
• Translate technical activity into actionable project plans.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational requirements.
