Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of IT project coordination or administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with developers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Plan and assist in the execution of IT projects with IT Project Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Meeting Management: Schedule, facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and distribute action items.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project charters, schedules, status reports, and process flows.
• Task Tracking: Monitor progress using tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project/Planner, Jira) and ensure updates.
• Communication: Liaise between IT and business stakeholders; communicate risks and roadblocks.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and bottlenecks; elevate to senior leadership when needed.
• Quality Assurance: Support basic testing to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned.
