Qualifications

• Extreme attention to detail (this position is hyper-focused on data and reporting, and there is no room for error)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a variety of internal stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Ability to proactively find answers to questions and understand when to elevate questions or circumstances
• Strong MS Excel skills, particularly as it relates to database management
• ServiceNow experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to drive projects from start to finish
• Take minutes, file documents, maintain schedules, and compile summaries
• Track documents like POs, budgets, payrolls and contracts
• Assist project manager to ensure objectives are met
• Familiarity with workflow or strategy software (MS Project) and PowerPoint for presentations
• Track and report on Financial Planning CE courses and exams via ServiceNow
• Communicate course completions and failures to individuals
• Ensure access to training and respond to service requests
• Track the status of legal reviews of training and help clear the backlog
