Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of Project Coordinator or related project support experience.
• Experience supporting project administration, coordination, and tracking activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative aspects of multiple client and company projects.
• Coordinate schedules and assist with project logistics and planning activities.
• Track project progress and monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support project managers with resource assignment administration within ServiceNow PPM.
• Coordinate and manage project-related work orders with internal and external partners.
• Assist with hardware procurement and equipment ordering processes.
• Perform project financial tracking, including budget monitoring, invoice reconciliation, and capital project closeouts.
• Prepare project status reports, planning documentation, and progress updates as needed.
• Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and management regarding project activities and priorities.
• Attend project, client, and team meetings as required.
