Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Information Technology team in Naples, FL. You will coordinate project meetings, support governance, and help manage schedules, artifacts, and reporting across EPMO-friendly tools.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a sense of urgency to deliver results for clients and colleagues. Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, CAPM is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 1 year of project coordination or related administrative support preferred.
• Experience supporting projects in professional services or corporate environments preferred.
• CAPM certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, ceremonies, and working sessions across one or more projects.
• Prepare, format, and maintain project artifacts and governance documentation.
• Assist in executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and data quality checks.
• Draft and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up communications; track action items to closure.
• Support onboarding to EPMO tools, templates, and standards; help improve coordination and reporting processes.
