Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Project Coordinator for its East Coast team, with a schedule of 10am-7pm EST and no travel requirement. You will manage projects from planning to delivery, coordinate milestones, and maintain documentation while supporting field resources and customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in infrastructure deployment projects, and strong MS Office plus communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; military experience acceptable.
• 3+ years coordinating infrastructure deployment technology projects.
• Strong MS Office, client-facing communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for the life of the project with the customer.
• Plan and coordinate schedules, goals and milestones to deadlines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for field resources.
• Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate rollout schedules by geography and time constraints.
• Lead daily/weekly status meetings internal and with customers.
• Produce project P&L and exception reports; handle invoicing and CHOW as needed.
• Transfer knowledge across teams and ensure client satisfaction.
