Job summary

Presidio, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our East Coast team, with a 10am-7pm EST schedule and no travel requirements.

You will serve as the main contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating schedules, milestones, and budgets while ensuring documentation and rollout plans align with customer needs. You will work closely with the Presidio Field Service team and client teams, leading status meetings, generating P&L and change orders, and transferring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; military experience considered.
• 3+ years of related experience in managing or coordinating infrastructure deployment technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Presidio Field Service main point of contact for customer over the lifetime of the project.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones to meet project deadlines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed and distribute to the field resources.
• Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion.
• Work collaboratively with the Presidio Field Service team and customer team to create rollout schedules based on geographical needs, blackout dates, and time restrictions set by customers.
• Host daily/weekly project status meetings both internal and customer facing.
• Produce project P&L reports and project exception reporting.
• Process project invoicing and project change orders as specified in the project SOW.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer across all teams and maintaining client satisfaction through the life of the project.

• Previous experience (CAT5e & CAT6) and fiber (Single & Multi‑Mode) cabling (preferred).

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in managing or coordinating infrastructure deployment technology projects.
