Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology implementation projects with a focus on delivery excellence across multiple teams and locations. The role emphasizes strong leadership, client trust, and robust project management practices within Presidio's CES framework.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years project management experience delivering multiple projects; technology solution provider or IT department preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tool.
• ITIL certification (preferred).
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology implementation projects using Presidio's project management method.
• Coordinate all project activities with business owners, stakeholders, and support teams.
• Manage relationships between vendors, customers, sub-contractors, and engineering teams.
• Track and maintain an up-to-date view of activities and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that service levels are met and that all SoW deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day project phases: requirements, design, development, test, deployment.
• Plan resources with internal staff; define roles, responsibilities, and schedules.
• Maintain project budgets; review timesheets and expense approvals.
• Monitor costs and suppliers to ensure accurate billing.
• Oversee change management to meet project goals.
• Develop a long-term client relationship strategy for mutual benefit.
• Participate in PM training and internal process improvements.
