Job summary

Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our East Coast team. Must be able to work 10am-7pm EST. No travel required. You will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and ensure projects meet milestones and budgets.

Responsibilities include serving as the main contact for customers, hosting status meetings, and producing P&L and change-order reporting. Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in managing or coordinating infrastructure deployment technology projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Presidio Field Service main point of contact for customer over the lifetime of the project.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones to meet project deadlines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed and distribute to the field resources.
• Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion.
• Collaborate with field service and customer teams to create rollout schedules.
