Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is seeking an IT Programs Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across its senior living communities. The role requires strong project leadership, collaboration, and governance to align projects with organizational priorities.

You will work with IT leadership to drive integrations (Yardi, DSSI, etc.), manage budgets and ROI, and communicate with executives. Experience in health care or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IS/CS/BA or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management in enterprise environments.
• PMP or PMI-ACP or CSM preferred.
• Experience with system integrations and vendor collaboration.
• Healthcare or senior living industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Design and execute system integration roadmap across core platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to define scope and milestones.
• Manage budgets, track ROI, and develop business cases for tech investments.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure governance, SOX, and data security compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and reporting for leadership.
