Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is seeking an IT Programs Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across our senior living communities. You will drive projects on time, within scope and budget, guiding cross-functional teams to improve resident and associate experiences through integrated systems.

In this role you’ll collaborate with IT leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders to design roadmaps, manage budgets, and track ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with system integrations and vendor collaboration.
• Healthcare or senior living industry experience preferred.
• PMP or PMI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Design and execute an integration roadmap across core platforms (Yardi, DSSI, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, track financial performance, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for PMO reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, data governance, and security best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM practices and templates.
