Sonida Senior Living seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to bridge care operations and digital tools across 150+ communities. You will own EMR/eMAR configurations, support integrations, and translate clinical workflows into system requirements.

The role emphasizes project management, data reporting, training, and governance, while ensuring HIPAA and SOX/ICFR controls. You will collaborate with clinical staff, IT, and vendors to drive improvements and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a clinical or community operations environment (senior living preferred).
• Hands-on experience with clinical or operational software platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into findings for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project management experience with timelines and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for frontline staff and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional owner for EMR/eMAR and other clinical platforms, supporting configuration and issue resolution.
• Partner with clinical/operational stakeholders to translate workflows into system solutions.
• Support integrations with resident engagement platforms, nurse call, and Sage.
• Support Welcome Home CRM and related tools ensuring alignment with sales workflows and move-in processes.
• Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and documentation; coordinate with vendors and IT.
• Pull, analyze, and present data to support decision-making; build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Ensure PHI handling per HIPAA; manage access and audit trails with SOX/ICFR considerations.
• Develop end-user training materials and provide hands-on rollout support.
