Sonida Senior Living is seeking an IT Programs Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization, improving resident and associate experiences. You will align projects with strategic priorities, govern budgets, and drive system integrations across core platforms like Yardi and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven success managing cross-functional technology projects involving system integrations, business process improvement, and vendor collaboration.
• Experience in the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industry preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM).
• Experience with project portfolio management or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Initiatives: Drive the successful implementation of technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Project Planning & Execution: Create and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet or Microsoft Project with clear requirements and UAT.
• System Integration Roadmap: Design and execute an integration roadmap across core platforms ensuring interoperability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Budgeting & Financial Stewardship: Develop and monitor project budgets and report performance.
• Monitor project ROI and support business case development for technology investments.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with technology partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure activities comply with SOX, data governance, and security best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine PM practices, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Track and report project performance with executive dashboards.
