This full-time contractual IT Programmer Analyst Lead position will serve as a technical lead for the Maryland Medicaid Information System (MMIS) Reporting Team, designing and delivering programming solutions that support critical Medicaid operations. This position will also combine hands-on application development with team leadership, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to programmer analysts while ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable system solutions. Additionally, this position will play a key role in supporting system enhancements, resolving complex technical issues, and advancing the performance and effectiveness of Medicaid reporting and data systems.

Experience: Six years of experience, two years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining applications systems and programs using generally accepted computer programming languages or other developmental tools and an additional four years of experience converting data from project specifications by writing program code using generally accepted computer programming languages or other developmental tools.
