Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications/computer information systems or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in project/program management.
• Experience in technology leadership and coordinating IT projects.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure including server, storage, cloud, network, and telecom.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for Avangrid Power TPO for all service delivery items.
• Interface with Business and IT Application Directors to gather TPO requirements and define activities and projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with TPO Managers to ensure service delivery.
• Develop delivery scopes to support business strategy and align with global objectives.
• Manage project timeline, budget, scope, risks, and changes; drive continual improvements.
