• 8+ years as a Project Manager in IT projects.
• Experience managing projects with budgets over $20 million.
• Experience delivering IT projects in large government environments.
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor or third-party providers.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience interfacing with business and technical owners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information for presentations to executives, managers, and project team members.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress across cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Provide leadership and foster collaboration between technical and business teams by obtaining consensus.
• Manage interfaces with other agencies.
• Ensure project adheres to Michigan methodologies and lifecycle stage transitions.
• Facilitate Change Management and ensure Change Requests have proper approvals.
• Understand project benefits and impacts of changes to the business case.
• Review vendor contracts and manage deliverables and approvals.
• Clarify stakeholder expectations and ensure deliverables are assigned, reviewed, and completed.
