Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing budgets greater than $20 million.
• IT projects in a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Experience managing vendors and/or third-party solution providers.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments in government contexts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information for presentations to executives, managers, and project teams.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress including cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Lead and foster collaboration between technical and business teams with stakeholder consensus.
• Manage interfaces with other agencies and ensure vendor deliverables align with procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Michigan methodologies and proper lifecycle transitions.
• Oversee Change Management processes and ensure proper approvals for scope/schedule/budget changes.
• Understand project benefits and update related artifacts accordingly.
• Review vendor contracts and manage vendor deliverables and approvals.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions and ensure deliverables are assigned, reviewed, and completed.
