My3Tech in Lansing, MI seeks a Project Manager for a 1-year engagement to lead large IT initiatives and modernization programs. The role requires steering multi‑vendor teams, managing budgets over $20M, and ensuring delivery per state methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and collaboration skills, with a preference for local candidates within an hour of Lansing who can work Mon–Tue in-office and Wed–Fri remotely (non‑negotiable).

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing projects with budgets > $20 million.
• Experience managing IT projects in a large enterprise.
• Experience managing vendors/third-party providers.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with multi-vendor government environments.
• Experience delivering IT projects involving COTS.
• Experience with SaaS integration and system architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Use Clarity to prepare project schedules, assign resources, and manage budgets.
• Prepare exec-ready presentations for diverse audiences.
• Monitor and control project cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Communicate project status clearly to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead collaboration between technical and business teams to gain commitment.
• Manage interfaces with other agencies.
• Ensure adherence to Michigan state project lifecycle methodologies.
• Facilitate Change Management and Change Requests with proper approvals.
• Understand benefits and impact of changes on business cases.
