Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 8+ years of experience managing projects with budgets greater than $20 million.
• 8+ years of experience managing IT projects within a large, complex enterprise environment.
• 8+ years of experience managing vendors and/or third-party solution providers.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and driving work to successful completion with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling variety of stakeholders and system/business owners from other departments.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environment in a government environment.
• Experience providing project management services for IT Projects involving Commercial Off the Shelf Technology (COTS).
• Oversee technical teams with system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of initiatives throughout the year, including technology implementations and procurement/RFP-driven projects.
• Manage projects in both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
