Job summary
Protingent Staffing seeks a Program Manager for IT Finance projects based in Santa Clara, CA. The Digital Transformation Group PMO will oversee end-to-end execution, with coordination across vendors and cross-functional teams.
The role requires managing project charters, schedules, risk, and stakeholder communications, while driving Agile practices and backlog grooming with product owners. Onsite in Santa Clara with contract engagement.
Qualifications
- Finance project management experience in IT/finance domains including cross-functional delivery.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise IT or technology projects.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid waterfall/Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PM is preferred.
- Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and dashboard reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all project phases and coordinate with team members and vendors.
- Develop project charters, resource plans, schedules, and governance artifacts.
- Lead risk, scope, and quality management to meet commitments.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach scrum teams toward self-direction.
- Collaborate with product owners to groom backlog and plan sprints.
- Prepare dashboards and regular project status updates for management.
