• Proven experience as IT Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and software development processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT programs and projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and performance, ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project success.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
