Job summary

The role serves as G6 and USACE CIO staff expert coordinating IT and enterprise automation initiatives in the District, with emphasis on telecommunications, records management, and IT systems operations.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary technical expert, ensuring system operability and on-site QA, reviewing work for soundness, and coordinating IM/IT studies

Qualifications

Background investigation potential; suitability determ. required.
Willingness to travel up to 25% (TDY).
TOP SECRET clearance required for cyber work roles.
DoD testing: pre-employment and random drug testing.
Sign DA Form 5019-R or MOU for critical positions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical expert and source of authoritative information regarding all aspects of assigned area of responsibility.
Ensure customer satisfaction, systems implementation, systems operability, technical, and on-site quality assurance oversight for assigned.
Review completed work for soundness of overall approach, effectiveness in meeting requirements or producing expected results.
Plans, organizes, and coordinates studies to determine total IM/IT requirements for the project.
Develops information on system data inputs, outputs, and related IT problems.
