Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15 years in federal contract program management.
• 15 years in related field with supervisory/management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• ITIL Foundation is preferred or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Experience with PMI, SAFe Agile, and hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise IT transformation programs and governance.
• Lead AI governance, roadmap, and OCM activities.
• Manage risk, scheduling, and reporting for multi-year contracts.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and contracting officers.
• Stand up the Product Manager function within CIO and align governance with KPI.
