Job summary

NAOVI Novel Applications Inc seeks a Systems Engineer to support security-focused systems architecture, documentation, and RMF compliance. You will help develop SSP/BOE artifacts, work with A&A processes, and implement secure systems including RESTful services and dashboards.

The role requires collaboration with government personnel and other teams, with an emphasis on on-site execution in Virginia. Active US citizenship is required along with an active TS/SCI polygraph; incumbents will work

Qualifications

• Experience creating documentation for System Security Plans (SSPs) and BOE artifacts.
• Experience with A&A processes and RMF accreditation activities.
• Hands-on experience with system architecture, setup, configuration and optimization.
• Experience developing using REST Web services.
• Experience with web application development and data visualization.
• Active relevant certifications and cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and update System Security Plans and related artifacts.
• Support agency A&A processes and RMF compliance activities.
• Develop and implement system security plans and controls.
• Collaborate with network engineers, data scientists and government personnel.
• Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Coordinate with agency to maintain ATO status and document CONOPS and CM Plan.
