Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with extensive experience.
• 5-7 years managing and developing employees.
• 10+ years in a similar role in a complex, fast-paced environment preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience advising executive leadership and handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven leadership in high-growth, dynamic environments.
• Fluent English and work eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of IT project managers, program managers, and agile coaches to deliver results aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with CAO and GTO senior leadership to inform strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
• Foster accountability within GTO leadership and align teams to achieve objectives.
• Oversee the GTO project portfolio with business owners, define expectations, ensure outcomes.
• Drive success through OKRs, enabling teams to set goals, allocate resources, and measure results.
• Champion collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement through structured feedback and development.
• Serve as thought partner to senior leaders, providing insights and leadership support.
