Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a financial services environment.
• Proven ability to establish PMO structures and delivery governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership across business and tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a portfolio of technology programs, ensuring objectives, timelines and budgets are met.
• Establish program governance frameworks with scope, stakeholders, resources, reporting and delivery standards.
• Build and oversee PMO structures with clear ownership and accountability across workstreams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities with strategic and operational needs.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and financials with corrective action as needed.
• Review milestones, deliverables, and completion plans to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Drive consistent communication across programs with transparent reporting to senior leaders.
• Promote collaboration across teams, regions and business units to improve delivery practices.
