Q2 is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead strategic initiatives within the Global Technology Organization. This senior leader will empower teams of IT project managers, foster accountability, and drive results aligned with organizational objectives.

The role requires significant experience in managing teams and IT projects, along with exceptional communication and analytical skills. The Director will cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration while overseeing the execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years related experience or 8+ years with advanced degree.
• 5–7 years managing and developing employees required.
• Experience in a similar role within complex environments preferred.
• Fluency in agile methodologies is critical.
