Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Director of Enablement to lead IT program and project management, and agile coaching across the organization. The role partners with CAO and GTO senior leadership to drive strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in agile methodologies, senior leadership collaboration, and driving delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role supports alignment and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or advanced degree with 8+ years.
• 5-7 years managing and developing employees.
• 10+ years in a similar role within a complex, fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of IT project managers, program managers, and agile coaches.
• Collaborate with the CAO and GTO senior leadership to inform strategic planning and decisions.
• Foster accountability within GTO senior leadership and align teams to objectives.
• Oversee the GTO project portfolio with business owners and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Drive success through OKRs and measurable results.
• Champion collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a thought leader and advisor to senior leaders across initiatives.
