Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Agile experience.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact.
• Self-starter able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on leading projects from requirements through deployment, including risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Cultivate a positive team culture and broader collaboration.
• Analyze status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
• Establish scope management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive audit/regulatory matters.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Executive presence and strong communication to Senior Executives.

Responsibilities

• Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, and governance structures.
• Collaborates with sponsors and teams to develop scope, deliverables, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Monitors task execution, tracks milestones, and measures progress against KPIs.
• Analyzes risks and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Identifies cross-functional requirements for internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinates with other PMs to manage risks and opportunities across projects.
• Provides transparency to stakeholders on issues and decisions; builds relationships.
