Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee manufacturing and quality IT project delivery across multiple sites. The role focuses on coordinating enhancements, tracking milestones, and communicating status to leadership while aligning with business priorities.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, governance of requests, and maintaining comprehensive delivery metrics to drive efficient execution in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree optional with 10+ years
• In lieu of a degree, 16+ years of related experience accepted
• PMP, MBA, Agile or other certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of application system enhancements and IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with priorities and timelines
• Monitor and communicate status of enhancements, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to stakeholders
• Collaborate across IT, business, developers, analysts, and project managers to drive execution and resolve delivery challenges
• Liaise with Business Relationship Managers to translate priorities into actionable plans
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, tracking, and governance of enhancement and project requests
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery metrics
• Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to provide transparency on progress and upcoming milestones
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and reporting across the organization
• Promote collaboration and accountability to ensure successful delivery
