You will own cost, schedule, resources, and performance for assigned programs, and coordinate responses to customer quotes while communicating with leadership through regular status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of related experience or a graduate degree with 7+ years; in lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading programs for international customers and coordinating with government agencies/prime contractors.
• Knowledge of program management best practices, risk management, and lifecycle from bid to sustainment; EVMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution and capture management for the designated region.
• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion to meet cost, schedule and performance goals.
• Coordinate reviews and communications with leadership, customers, and partners, including regular status updates.
