Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technology delivery, infrastructure, or operations experience.
• 3+ years leading Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, or PMO functions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting solutions.
• Experience working in regulated financial institutions and knowledge of FFIEC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Project and Product Management - Provides direction and oversight to IT projects and products; assigns tasks and drives schedules.
• Managerial Functions - Sets expectations, manages staff performance, budgets, and resources.
• Business Support - Guides analysis, scope, time, and cost estimates for system changes.
• Technical Expertise - Acts as a technical leader ensuring compliance with configuration, security and governance standards.
