Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross functional project teams on complex programs, coordinating developers, analysts, testers, and system admins to deliver on time and within budget. You will drive project lifecycles, manage budgets and resources, and ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

This role requires strong communication with stakeholders, risk management, and a proactive approach to adopt

Qualifications

5+ years of complex project experience.
Experience with system conversions/upgrades.
Financial services industry knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of IT project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT project plans for software, infra, and systems.
Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Monitor progress, risks, and issues affecting delivery.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines within scope.
Ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Provide technical leadership, reviews, and knowledge transfer.
