Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior product leader to shape the strategy and roadmap for enterprise platforms and solutions across multiple programs. You will partner with business and operational leaders to align objectives with market dynamics, and influence cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.

You will drive ROI-focused prioritization, develop business cases, and mentor junior staff while advancing transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions capable of supporting multiple customer segments, programs, and business opportunities.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand strategic objectives, customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.
• Identify gaps between current product capabilities and future business needs and develop strategies to close those gaps.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and technology advancements to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Establish clear product outcomes, success metrics, KPIs, and strategic priorities that align with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, transformation, and modernization that create competitive advantage and business value.
