Job summary

Maximus seeks a seasoned Product/Program leader to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple platforms and programs. You will work with business and operational leaders to translate objectives into scalable product offerings and measurable outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams through discovery to delivery, drive business cases and ROI analyses, and mentor junior staff while aligning with corporate goals and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product/Program Management or Technology Leadership.
• Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio plans.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and portfolio.
• Develop scalable, reusable solutions for multiple customer segments and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to understand objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and plan to close them.
