MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned Product leader to define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for its enterprise platforms. You will drive scalable, reusable product strategies across multiple customer segments and programs, partnering with business and operational leaders to stay ahead of market dynamics.

You will shape initiatives, set KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams through complex transformations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ROI expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Develop scalable, reusable solutions for multiple customer segments.
