Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IS/Business or related field.
2–4 years in product ownership, business analysis, or related IT roles.
Experience with .NET, Boomi, backend architecture or SAP preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize the backlog.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to design solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Write user stories and acceptance criteria for enhancements.
Conduct basic testing and validation of features to ensure needs are met.
Provide basic application support and escalate complex issues.
Learn and document business processes related to parts operations applications.
Support release and patch management activities.
Maintain clear communication with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
