Job summary

Citi’s Controls Technology division in Irving seeks a Technology Product Owner to bridge complex business needs and engineering execution. You will create and refine epics, translate requirements into user stories, and ensure clear acceptance criteria to keep two sprints ahead.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across risk and controls, lead agile ceremonies, demonstrate value through demos, and drive quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technology-centric role within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership, refine and prioritize backlog for two sprints ahead.
• Translate requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria with clear success criteria.
• Lead agile ceremonies and support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and delivery cycles.
• Define requirements with stakeholders to specify the exact solution to be built.
• Demonstrate value through stakeholder demos and gather feedback for iterative improvement.
• Track performance post-launch to inform future investments.
