Gesa Credit Union is seeking a Product Owner I to manage the lifecycle of assigned products, coordinating development, requirements, and roadmaps. You will work with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver new features aligned with business objectives.

Reporting to the product leadership, you will prioritize the backlog, write user stories, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements while guiding iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in product ownership in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories and backlog items.
• Familiarity with product roadmaps and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize features to meet end-user needs.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and plan iterations.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and maintain clear communication.
• Develop near-term roadmaps and refine based on data and outcomes.
• Collaborate with owners and technical teams to define epics and stories.
