Job summary

The Fountain Group seeks a seasoned Technology Sourcing professional to drive strategic sourcing across software, cloud, and IT services. You will collaborate with Partners and senior leaders to design innovative sourcing strategies, conduct thorough spend analyses, and lead end-to-end events including RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.

You will also help standardize procedures, partner with regional teams, and align sourcing efforts with ESG and risk management goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement and negotiation in technology sourcing (hardware, telecom, AI).
• Experience managing sourcing events end-to-end including negotiations and contracts in excess of $1M.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with sourcing analytics, RFPs/RFQ processes, and cost analyses.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of tech procurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology sourcing strategies with Category Managers and stakeholders to align with ESG and risk goals.
• Deliver sourcing events using tools like RFP/RFQ, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Create and implement SOPs to provide auditable sourcing experiences.
• Partner with regional sourcing managers to ensure consistent sourcing experiences across the firm.
• Develop and implement world-class sourcing processes, KPIs, and digital tools to streamline source-to-pay.
