Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding project management end-to-end (phased ramp — first 6 months).
• Lead internal IT projects and process improvement initiatives (EDI/system migrations, tooling rollouts).
• Administer Jira/Confluence & Hubspot — workflow design, board structure, and improvements.
• Gain knowledge across Trackflo, Sage, Navix, Turvo to guide solution design and data pulls.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain project tracking hygiene and status reporting.
• Use analytics dashboards to track outcomes and identify root causes of issues.
