Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking an IT Project Supervisor in Coppell, TX to oversee IT, data, and technology projects. You will define, track, and deliver tasks, timelines, milestones, and documentation with a focus on progress and governance.

The role requires project management experience, business administration, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors while ensuring budget alignment and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PM certification or formal training in project management.
• Understanding of predictive and adaptive PM methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Coordinate resources including IT team, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Follow up with project members to drive progress and minimize delays.
• Collaborate with IT Admin and Accounting to track project expenses.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays, and budget concerns.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status, decisions and actions.
• Ensure work aligns with IT standards, governance, and compliance.
• Assist with vendor coordination, quotes, and service delivery follow-up.
• Review completed work for quality and hand-off readiness.
• Coach team members to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support objectives.
