Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an onsite Project Manager to lead concurrent customer-focused and internal projects from planning through go-live, hyper-care, and handoff. You will manage scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness to ensure delivery against commitments.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with MS Project and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient with MS Project and standard MS Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects with defined scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, critical path tracking, risk mitigation, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Lead structured customer-facing and internal requirements gathering sessions to define, validate, and confirm project scope.
• Establish and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and delivery against commitments.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, IT, Engineering, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear project status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live validation, and post-implementation reviews.
