Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township is offering a paid Infrastructure and Operations Delivery and Process intern role for the summer (May–August 2027). The position is full-time and hybrid, located at our Cranberry facility, reporting to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager.

You will help improve IT processes, support project delivery, analyze data, and contribute to automation and digital transformation while gaining exposure to project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.

Responsibilities

• Help analyze existing IT processes, workflows, suggest improvements and communicate findings to team leads and managers.
• Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with established standards, and suggest improvements.
• Help maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases.
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects.
• Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to gain exposure to project lifecycle activities.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management.
• Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management.
