Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Infrastructure and Operations Delivery and Process intern to gain hands-on experience in IT process improvement and project delivery. This paid full-time hybrid role runs May–August 2027 at the Cranberry Township facility.

You will analyze IT processes, collect data for reports, collaborate across teams, and support automation and knowledge management while shadowing project managers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.

Responsibilities

• Help analyze existing IT processes, workflows, suggest improvements and communicate findings to team leads and managers
• Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with established standards, and suggest improvements
• Help maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects
• Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to gain exposure to project lifecycle activities
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management
• Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management

Education

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
