• Own annual tech investment planning with scenario modeling.
• Vendor management and IT operating model with intake governance.
• Proven ROI, payback, baselines and benefits math.
• Executive communication and data-driven decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Run the annual IT investment plan with FP&A and a single intake process.
• Own the IT operating model including governance, vendor management, and RACI.
• Reconcile capacity with demand and lead the TPM team.
• Standardize delivery governance, run kickoff, release readiness, risks.
• Publish an automated portfolio dashboard and report time-to-benefit.
