Job summary

Inotiv seeks a Director of Portfolio Management & Project Delivery to govern the IT project portfolio, lead enterprise programs, and mature change management practices. You will balance 50% people leadership with 50% direct program ownership, delivering ERP optimization and other strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or IT transformation leadership.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise project portfolios, governance processes, and investment prioritization.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, ERP optimization initiatives, or large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Experience with project financial management, benefits realization, capacity planning, and organizational change management.
• Experience implementing and improving project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Own IT portfolio governance, including project intake, prioritization, approval, and investment decision processes.
• Lead governance forums to align technology investments, resource capacity, and business priorities.
• Provide oversight for successful delivery of the IT project portfolio, ensuring adherence to governance standards and delivery methodologies.
• Establish and continually improve project, portfolio, and change management processes, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Drive accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Foster a culture of execution excellence, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
