Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of IT portfolio management or technology investment analysis experience.
• Ability to build audit-ready cost analyses distinguishing cost savings from cost avoidance.
• Strong financial/cost analysis skills.
• Experience with CPIC or TBM frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presenting to government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT portfolio analysis and quarterly optimization recommendations.
• Deliver cost analyses distinguishing savings vs. avoidance with stakeholders.
• Feed findings into inventories and dashboards for executives.
• Develop reports and roadmaps for shared-services adoption.
• Validate cost avoidance and savings for quarterly evaluations.
